"I’m Andy, and I founded Blast Fitness in 2016 to create a gym for people who don’t like the gym.

Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of women, helping them feel confident, strong, and supported while improving fitness at their own pace. I wanted a place where we meet you where you’re at — no pressure, no egos, just real support.

I also have a background in endurance sports and rugby, and work closely with local physios and sports therapists, so I can help with injuries, rehab, and improving everyday movement."
